My Story
I’m Deb Lekander, a strength-based coach, educational leader and trainer, and specialist on career development and re-employment. With over thirty years experience and knowledge, I have led effective workshops and training seminars, and assisted hundreds of students and clients to recognize their strengths and talents. My clients and co-workers describe me as thoughtful, knowledgeable, energetic, collaborative, calm, engaging and fun! Coaching is a perfect way for me to share my passion and knowledge of the value of identifying and utilizing our strengths in both our personal and professional life.
